Cleaning Of Dirt On Jinshan Stone
Skildu eftir skilaboð
Oil stains (grease, tar, edible oil, milk, cosmetics):
Oil pollution will darken the stone surface. Chemicals are usually used for cleaning. Wash with soft cloth, wash with washing liquid or household cleaner, mineral cleaner and acetone. Paste cleaning agent can also be used.
Organic pollution (coffee, tea, fruit stains, tobacco, paper, food, urine, leaves, bark, etc.):
Organic pollution can cause pink or brown stains on the wood surface of the barn. These stains will disappear and the stains will be removed. Outdoor stone stains usually disappear when the sun is shining and the rain is washed away. Indoor organic pollutants can be cleaned by 12% hydrogen peroxide and a small amount of ammonia water.
Metals (iron, rust, copper, bronze):
Iron or rust pollution is orange or brown, and the shape is consistent with the pollution source object, such as nails, latches, screws, pots, flower pots, metal furniture, etc. The pollution of copper and bronze is green or light brown. The reason for the pollution is that the plate is placed in a humid environment, which leads to the corrosion of bronze, copper and brass, which leads to the penetration of copper rust into the rock surface. Metal contamination must be completed with a paste cleaner (the paste will be made and used to check the slices). Deep rust is difficult to remove and may cause stone pollution.
Microbial pollution (algae, mold, moss, fungi, fungi):
This stain can be used with low concentration of ammonia, rinsing agent or hydrogen peroxide (1/2 cup to 1 gallon of water). Note: Do not mix bleach with ammonia. This will lead to deadly toxic gases.
Ink mark (magic pen, pen, ink):
Wash with bleach or hydrogen peroxide (only for light stones) or paint thinner or acetone (only for dark stones).
Small paint can be cleaned with paint thinner or carefully scraped with a scraper. It is covered with a very thick layer of paint. A special tool will be used to peel the paint from the stone surface. Do not use acid liquid or flame to remove paint on stone surface. Lacquer stripping will scrape off the stone surface, so it usually needs to be re-polished. Use the paint remover correctly according to the instructions. Clean the paint with clean water after scraping. During paint scraping, rubber gloves and protective glasses shall be worn and the operation shall be carried out in a well-ventilated environment. If the paint is not cured or solidified, scrape it off with a wooden or plastic scraper. Rubber and acrylic paint will not leave traces after scraping. Oil-based paint, linseed oil, ash and sealant can cause oil pollution and leave traces.
Trace of water (hard water on stone surface):
Dry polishing floss can be used for polishing.
